Matthew Lesko
I has been involved in the martial arts for the past 25 years and has been a instructor for over 17 years.
Here is a list of some of the martial arts I have had the pleasure to experience. I have trained in some of these systems for a very long time, some I still train heavily in and others I have less time in but none the less they have had a major impact in my martial expression.
All of the arts and sciences listed below have played an important role in my martial development, none of them were just a seminar or two. This list is here to publicly thank my teachers, coaches and instructors and acknowledge these systems. My thanks, gratitude and respect goes out to all of you.
